At FlyPaxly, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we make. Our Manufacturer’s Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.

Warranty Coverage

All warranties apply exclusively to the original purchaser and begin on the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that affect the functional use of the product under normal use conditions.

Examples of covered issues may include:

  • Broken zippers caused by manufacturing defects
  • Stitching failures due to production defects
  • Structural failures of handles, straps, or compression systems caused by material or manufacturing faults
  • Defective vacuum functionality caused by manufacturing defects

If FlyPaxly determines that the product has failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the defective part, or
  • replace the product with the same or similar model.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, stains, discoloration, dents, fabric abrasion, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, negligence, accidents, or abuse
  • Airline, airport, transport, or third-party damage
  • Damage caused by liquids, sharp objects, or overpacking
  • Normal aging and wear from regular use
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers
  • Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs

Shipping damages or damages caused by third parties must be reported directly to the responsible carrier or service provider.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact FlyPaxly within the applicable warranty period and provide:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Brief description of the defect

Based on the information provided, FlyPaxly will determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty policy.

Important Information

  • Warranty coverage applies only to defects caused by manufacturing or material faults.
  • Warranty does not guarantee replacement for products damaged through regular use or external causes.
  • Replacement products may vary slightly in color or design depending on product availability.
  • The warranty period is not renewed or extended after a replacement or repair.
  • Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

FlyPaxly reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
