1. Return Guidelines
30-Day Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.
EU Statutory Rights: Customers in the European Union retain their 14-day statutory right to withdraw after receiving an order.
Condition: Items must be undamaged and in their original, as-received condition.
Packaging: Please include the original packaging, all accessories, and documentation.
Initial Inspection: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact flypaxlyinfo@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Exchanges & Costs
Exchanges: The quickest way to get a new item is to return your current one and place a new order once approved.
Shipping Costs: Standard return shipping, VAT, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Defective Items: If an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, FlyPaxly will cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.
3. How to Process Your Return
Pack Your Order: Securely pack all items in original packaging with tags. Note that used products are not eligible for return.
Contact Us: Email flypaxlyinfo@gmail.com with the subject line: Return: [Your Order Number].
Ship: Our team will provide instructions and a return address. Once shipped, please send us your tracking number.
4. Refunds
Inspection: We will inspect your item upon receipt.
Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
EU Refunds: For EU customers, refunds are processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, though we may wait until the goods or proof of shipment are received.
Support: If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us.
5. 2-Year Guarantee
Our Promise: All FlyPaxly products are covered by a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
How to Claim: To submit a guarantee claim, please contact flypaxlyinfo@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.
Resolution: If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, FlyPaxly will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
